CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL, SERVING THE PEOPLE OF SOUTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY FOR ROUTINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF CITY BUS STOPS (CITY COUNCIL)
