Body
I. SUMMARY

This item provides an update to the May 3, 2022, City Council agenda item when Council authorized the submittal of an Equitable Community Revitalization Grant (ECRG) application to the California Environmental Protection Agency's Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). For formality and transparency purposes, staff is requesting Council ratify the Agreement. Staff is also recommending the adoption of Resolution No. 22-239 (Exhibit No. 2) to amend the City's budget to accept the awarded grant and authorize its related expenditures.
