I. SUMMARY
Eliza Jane Whitman, Public Works Director, has accepted an invitation to attend this evening’s Commission meeting. The discussion will allow members to ask, and Director Whitman to respond to any issues related to the maintenance and condition of the City’s parks.

IV. BACKGROUND
The PRCA Commission has made a number of requests to have the Public Works Director attend its meeting to discuss the parks and their condition. Director Whitman has agreed to be present at tonight’s meeting.
