SUBJECT:
Title
PARTIAL ROSTER OF CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, ENGINEERS, AND CONSULTANTS ON THE 157 ACRE PROJECT

Body
I. SUMMARY

At a previous Carson Reclamation Authority Board meeting, members asked staff to provide a list of all the contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants that have worked on the project to date.
This list includes all of the firms that have worked on the site under the direction of the CRA or its subcontractors, or CAM-Carson, LLC during the initial construction period of the development of the Los Angeles Premium Outlets (LAPO) project. This list does not represent that any or all these firms will be engaged in the LAPO project going forward, but only that they were part of the initial construction. It is likely that several of them will be rehired to complete the LAPO project, but that will be CAM-Carson's decision.
This list generally does not include the consultants working on the Carson Goose Owner project, except as noted. Those will be provided once they have completed assembling their project team.
Also omitted are Tetra Tech, the environmental management firm that was on the Site when the CRA acquired the property, and SCS Engineers, which the CRA hired to review the Tetra Tech invoices and then replaced Tetra Tech as the O&M contractor for a year when the Tetra Tech contract was terminated.
TRC replaced SCS as the O&M contractor in 2018 after the CRA rebid the work, and WSP replaced TRC as the O&M contractor in 2021 after the CRA rebid the work once again. WSP is the current O&M contractor.
