I. SUMMARY
With the recent election of a new Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary, the Commission needs to review current park assignments. Prior to the Commission meeting, each member is required to visit her/his assigned facility, and later provide a brief summary of her/his park. II. RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
ASSIGN each Commissioner a park to visit and provide a report at each Commission meeting.

TAKE another action the Commission deems appropriate.
IV. BACKGROUND
Historically, each member of the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Commission was assigned a park to both visit and provide a report at its monthly meeting. With the recent reorganization, park assignments must be considered, and changes possibly made, if the Commission wishes.
