I. SUMMARY
Per Chapter 7, Section 2738 of the Carson Municipal Code, every July the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Commission elects a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and a Secretary from among its members to serve for a one-year term. Tonight, nominations and a vote will take place to elect members for these roles.II. RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
ELECT a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and a Secretary among the members.

Every July, the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Commission is required to elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Secretary from its members. Nominations and a vote will be taken to elect members to serve in these roles for one year. V. FISCAL IMPACT
