ADOPT by Second Reading and by title only with further reading waived Ordinance No. 22-2207, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Carson, California, Amending the District at South Bay Specific Plan (SPA 27-2021), Modifying Permitted Uses, Development Standards, Design Features, And Operational Characteristics”

IV. BACKGROUND
At the May 23, 2022 City Council Meeting, the City of Carson introduced Ordinance No. 22-2207, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Carson, California, Amending the District at South Bay Specific Plan (SPA 27-2021), Modifying Permitted Uses, Development Standards, Design Features, And Operational Characteristics.
The City Council opened the public hearing, heard public testimony, closed the public hearing and voted 5-0 to approve the amendment to the District at South Bay Specific Plan, SPA 27-2021.

There is no fiscal impact associated with the requested action.
