Resolution No. 21-08-CRJPA, A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY RATIFYING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $227,696.22.

THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The claims and demands listed in this Resolution have been reviewed for accuracy and compliance with the budget and applicable agreements and are hereby ratified in the amount hereinafter set forth:
Section 2. On July 6, 2021, the Carson Reclamation Authority ratified the said claims and demands and authorization was given to the Authority Treasurer to pay, out of the Authority funds, to each of the claimants listed above, the amount of claims appearing opposite their respective names, for the purpose stated on the respective demands, making a total of $227,696.22.
Section 3. That the Authority Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6TH DAY OF JULY, 2021.
