This item is for the City Attorney’s Office to provide a brief public presentation on litigation filed by CAM-Carson, LLC against the Carson Reclamation Authority and the City of Carson related to the development of the Los Angeles Premium Outlets.

IV. BACKGROUND
This item for the City Attorney’s Office to make a brief public presentation on litigation filed by CAM-Carson, LLC against the Carson Reclamation Authority and the City of Carson related to the development of the Los Angeles Premium Outlets. A lawsuit was filed on behalf of the developers on May 5, 2020. The City Council asked for a public presentation to explain the nature of the lawsuit to the public.
