On December 3, 2019, Council approved the job spec for the part-time, unrepresented, at-will Council Aide and the hiring of 5 such Council Aides.
II. RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
APPROVE AND ADOPT the Part-Time, Unrepresented, At-Will Council Aide Policy.

IV. BACKGROUND
This Part-Time, Unrepresented, At-Will Council Aide Policy provides guidance to both the Mayor and City Council and to incumbents in the part-time, unrepresented, at-will positions of Council Aide regarding the interactions, roles, and responsibilities between the parties.
