On October 15, 2019, the City Council voted 5-0 affirming the approval of the Planning Commission decision with an updated resolution containing additional conditional provisions, which had been discussed at the meeting. 

No further action is necessary.

IV.                     BACKGROUND

On October 15, 2019, the City Council voted 5-0 affirming the approval of the Planning Commission’s decision to approve Design Overlay Review No. 1748-18 and Conditional Use Permit No. 1077-18 with an updated resolution containing additional conditional provisions, all of which had been discussed at the meeting. 

 

V.                     FISCAL IMPACT

Based on the proposed 152 truck spaces, the developer will be responsible for development impact fees in the amount for payment of one-time impact fees at the rate of $694.78 per truck space, or $105,606.56 (DIF Amount).
