PRESENTATION BY DEVELOPERS OF THE LOS ANGELES PREMIUM OUTLETS (LAPO), CAM-CARSON, LLC (MACERICH REAL ESTATE AND THE SIMON PROPERTY GROUP)

I. SUMMARY
At the March, 2019 Carson Reclamation Authority meeting, the Board asked the Executive Director to invite the developers of the Los Angeles Premium Outlets - Macerich and Simon - to make a presentation at a future Board meeting on the progress of the project.

At the March 2019 Authority meeting, the Board invited the developers of the Los Angeles Premium Outlets - Macerich and Simon - to make a presentation at a future Board meeting on the project. As of the date of this report, more than 200 structural piles have now been installed on the site, and pile installation is accelerating. All of the site work at this time is under the direction of the CRA, and the vertical developers will commence their construction once the slab is poured and the remedial systems on Cell 2 are installed and operational.
