IV.                     BACKGROUND

On January 10, 2019, Councilmember Davis-Holmes, Councilmember Hicks, and Councilmember Dear requested a full report on revenues received by the City Clerk’s Office. Unfortunately, as of the writing of this staff report, the Finance Director was unable to generate an accurate report.
