Recommendation
A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable City Council to consider negotiations with Rob Morgan of JPI with whom the City Council is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators Kenneth C. Farfsing, City Manager and John Raymond, Assistant City Manager, and Saied Naaseh, Director of Community Development, regarding that certain real property known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 7337002042, 7337002043, 7337003012, 7337003013, 7337003014, 7337008026, 7337008030 and 7337008031. The City Council’s real property negotiator will seek direction regarding the price, payment terms for purchase, sale or lease.
