Resolution No. 18-028, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON RATIFYING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $683,978.89, DEMAND CHECK NUMBERS 139285 THROUGH 139533

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The claims and demands have been reviewed and verified for accuracy and compliance with the budget and applicable agreements and are hereby ratified in the amount hereinafter set forth, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 1.
SECTION 2: On March 20, 2018, the City Council ratified the above demand numbers 139285 through 139533. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to pay, out of the funds named hereon, to each of the claimants listed above, the amount of warrant appearing opposite their respective names, for the purpose stated on the respective demands, making a total of $683,978.89.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
