Recommendation
A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Faring Capital and it’s negotiator, Jason Illoulian, CEO, with whom City Council is negotiating, on price, payment terms for purchase, sale or lease, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Executive Director Kenneth C. Farfsing, Community Development Director John Raymond, and Agency Attorney Soltani, regarding that certain real property known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 7337-006-921, 7337-005-018 and 7337-005-017.
