A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Mike Brannan, Account Manager of American Tower, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Kenneth C. Farfsing, City Manager regarding that certain real property known as 19101 S. Wilmington Avenue, Carson, CA 90746.
