I. SUMMARY

At the September 20, 2016 meeting, Mayor Robles continued this item to the next meeting.
On September 6, 2016, Mayor Robles appointed individuals to the following commissions which were ratified by the City Council:
Devon Brown, Parks and Recreation Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 6.) which created vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 1 position.
Dr. Celia Villalpando, Environmental Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 7.)
Vera Dorsey-Reeves, Citywide Advisory Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 10.) which created vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 1 position.
Mason Inocentes, Alternate Member No. 1 to the Economic Development Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 11.) which created vacancy on the Environmental Commission.
Madalyn Nunley, Public Relations Specialist to the Public Relations Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 13.) which created vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 1 position.
Catalina Mora, Alternate Member No. 3 (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 13.)
Dr. Greta Price, Women's Issues Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 17.) which created vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 2 position.
Cristina Camacho, Youth Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 19.)
Al Kenneth Ramirez, Alternate Member No. 1 to the Veterans Affairs Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 20.) which created vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 3 position.
Yza Lansang, Youth Member to the Community Civic Engagement Board (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 25.)
Athia Carrim, Bullying Prevention Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 26.)

Additionally, Mayor Robles declared the position held by Philipta Hicks vacant on the Economic Development Commission due to her resignation.
