The recent activities related to commission, committee, and board appointments are as follows:

On March 1, 2016, Mayor Robles announced Mobilehome Park Rental Review Board (MRRB) Member, Dina Enrique had three unexcused absences, therefore, was removed from the MRRB and directed City Clerk staff to post the 10-day vacancy notice.

Duane Gough, Community Civic Engagement Board (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 25.)

Jerry Kelly, Bullying Prevention Commission (Exhibit No. 1, pg. 26.)

The appointment of Helen Maxwell to the vacant regular member position on the Women’s Issues Commission created a vacancy of the Alternate Member No. 1 position.  Subsequently, Mayor Robles directed the City Clerk to post the vacancy notice.

On March 23, 2016, the City Clerk’s Office received a letter from Olivia Verrett wherein she resigned from the Women’s Issues Commission due to her conflict of schedule.

On May 10, 2016, staff notified the City Clerk’s Office that Karen Avilla resigned from the Economic Development Commission due schedule conflicts.
