Title
CONSIDER AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN WEST BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF FUTURE RECYCLED WATER FACILITIES

Body
I. SUMMARY

This item is to consider an Agreement by and between West Basin Municipal Water District ("West Basin") and the Carson Reclamation Authority ("CRA") for the Construction and Transfer of Ownership of Future Recycled Water Facilities. This Agreement is similar to an agreement negotiated between the parties but not approved in 2019, and contains references to new recycled water codes and specs as well.

The completion of the design of the recycled water system is necessary for the General Contractor to be able to bid the construction of the system as part of the Lenardo Road construction. The Agreement is necessary for West Basin to complete the review of the system, which is nearly fully designed by the CRA's civil engineer.
