Recommendation
A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation to which the City is a party. The title of such litigations are as follows: Tesoro Refining & Marketing Company, LLC; Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC v. City of Carson, Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District, Case No. 23STCV14351; Court of Appeals, Second Appellate District Case No. B-335686 & Phillips 66 Company v. City of Carson, Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District, Case No. 23STCV14355.
