CONSIDER CHANGE IN JANUARY, 2019 MEETING DATE TO JANUARY 8, 2019.

I. SUMMARY
The Carson Reclamation Authority Bylaws specify that the normal Board meeting date is the first Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. However, the first Tuesday of January, 2019 is January 1, which is a Federal holiday when the City’s offices are closed.
The City Council has moved its first meeting of January to January 8. It is recommended that the Authority move its first meeting of 2019 to January 8, 2019 as well.
II. RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
APPROVE the change of meeting date of the January, 2019 meeting from January 1 to January 8, 2019.
