At its August 2, 2021 meeting the CRA Board asked staff to update a glossary of terms that had first been presented to the Board in early 2017. It is included here are a Receive and File item.

IV. BACKGROUND
In 2017, staff presented to the Board a Glossary of terms used in the development of the former Cal Compact Landfill. This version updates a number new items and items that have changed or progressed since then, such as the Cell 2 project, the development of the Remainder Cells (including the Faring Agreements), the insurance program, the approval of the Management Approach to Phased Occupancy (MAPO), and the contract with RE|Solutions, LLC.
