CONSIDER THE NOVEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY DUE TO THE CONDUCT OF THE CITY'S GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONSOLIDATED WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2018.

I. SUMMARY
This item is presented for the purpose of considering the meeting schedule for the month of November, 2018, due to the conduct of the City of Carson’s General Municipal Election consolidated with the Statewide General Election on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
II. RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
1. CONSIDER the meeting schedule for the month of November and PROVIDE direction.

Option 1:
Continue with regular meeting schedule of the first Tuesday to be held on Tuesday, November 6.
Option 2:
Tuesday, November 6, 2018
No meeting due to Carson’s General Municipal Election.
Wednesday, November 7, 2018
Schedule adjourned regular meeting for the Carson Reclamation Authority at 4:30 P.M.
Option 3:
TAKE another action the Carson Reclamation Authority deem appropriate.
IV. BACKGROUND
The Bylaws allow for the Carson Reclamation Authority to change its regular meeting schedule to accommodate authority member schedules in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
