RESOLUTION NO. 24-025, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON RATIFYING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, AS FOLLOWS:
TOTAL OF $4,696,611.54 FOR GENERAL DEMANDS, CHECK NUMBERS 171748 THROUGH 171969.
TOTAL OF $1,012.50 FOR CO-OP AGREEMENT DEMANDS, CHECK NUMBERS 1280 THROUGH 1280, WHICH ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF CAPITAL PROJECTS WITHIN THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA, USING BOND PROCEEDS TRANSFERRED FROM THE SUCCESOR AGENCY TO THE CITY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following claims and demands have been reviewed and verified for accuracy and compliance with the budget and applicable agreements and are hereby ratified in the amount hereinafter set forth, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 1.
SECTION 2: On March 6, 2024, the City Council ratified the above demand numbers 171748 through 171969 for General Demand and 1280 through 1280 for Co-op agreement demand. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to pay, out of the funds named hereon, to each of the claimants listed above, the amount of warrant appearing opposite their respective names, for the purpose stated on the respective demands, making a total of $4,697,624.04.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
