This item transmits a recommendation for the City Council to approve Amendment No. 1 with Kiley & Associates, LLC to (1) extend the term by one year and (2) increase the consideration by $60,000 for continuance of federal legislative advocacy services to the City of Carson.

At its meeting on January 26, 2021, the City Council approved a contract with Kiley & Associates for an initial three-year term with two City options to extend for additional one-year periods thereafter, for a not-to-exceed contract sum of $60,000 annually or $180,000 for the initial three-year term.
