I. SUMMARY
All City Management Services, Inc., (ACMS) has provided the City with professional Crossing Guard services for the Carson Community of Schools at twenty-five (25) locations. On August 4, 2020 the City approved a three-year contract with ACMS for a period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, at a not-to-exceed contract sum of $1,137,154.00 with an administrative option of the City to extend the term for up to two additional one-year extensions.
