This agenda item is being presented at the request of Mayor Lula-Davis Holmes as presented during the Presentation portion of the City of Carson’s Council meeting conduction on March 7, 2023.

IV.                     BACKGROUND

On March 7th, 2023, staff presented a Budget Presentation to the Mayor and City Council regarding the history of the General Reserve Fund for the previous 5 years.  The presentation also providing some historical background and charts of the General Fund Reserve as far back as FY 2008-09 to present. 

Staff has provided the exhibit that was utilized for the Budget Presentation for review at the pleasure of the City Council or community interest.
